Nikolay the Second Commemorative Plate.This jasper plate decorated with Russians gems, including serpentine, emerald, sapphire, alexandrite, beryl, topaz, ruby, amethyst, lapis lazuli was made in the Lagutin lapidary works at Ekaterinburg. This plate was presented to Nikolay the Second in 1891.
